The Wintering Women - Saturday 5th December
2pm – 6pm
Wintering is the art of turning inward…
…Of embracing the darkness without needing to fill it. Of allowing ourselves to rest without the pressure to grow, produce or become. A natural time to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with our intuition and our deepest wisdom, along with the wisdom of the season.
In ancient times, communities gathered around the hearth, sharing stories, passing down and finding warmth in one another through the long, dark nights.
Drawing upon ancient Celtic traditions, seasonal folklore and Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll explore winter as a sacred invitation to rest, replenish and restore.
Within the stillness and darkness, we receive wisdom – and the codes for renewal.
Join us in sisterhood for an afternoon of:
Opening, grounding and connection
Ancient folklore, Celtic traditions and storytelling
Gentle movement and somatic connection
Guided meditation and inward reflection
Sisterhood, sharing and connection
Gathering around the fire as the evening draws in
Seasonal nourishment, warming soup and locally foraged rosehip syrup
We each carry our own flame. This season invites us to tend to it, protect it and nurture the light within.
A space to be held, to connect, to listen and simply be in our yin essence.
Held at a cozy purpose-built space in Hockley -address given upon booking
Brought to you by Natalie (www.nataliewellness.co.uk) and Ali (@intuitive_living_
Natalie has a deep passion for holistic wellness, energy healing and the connection of mind, body and soul. Weaving ancient wisdom with modern practices, she brings a gentle, grounded and compassionate approach to her teachings. Through The Rose Path, she creates nurturing spaces for women to explore feminine embodiment, deepen self-awareness and embrace their own journey of reclamation. As a qualified fascial manoeuvre coach, yoga teacher, sound healer and Reiki therapist, she brings these modalities together to encourage release, restore balance and cultivate inner harmony.
Ali is passionate about reconnecting people with the natural rhythms of life, the wisdom of the earth and the intelligence of the body. Through movement, yoga, dance, foraging and seasonal ritual, she creates spaces for connection, exploration and remembering what it means to live intuitively. Her work is rooted in nature, community and the simple, meaningful practices that bring us back to ourselves and the world around us.
We believe these spaces should be accessible to all women. If finances are a barrier to joining us, please do reach out. We have a few reduced-rate spaces available, or you’re very welcome to join us as a helping hand in exchange for your place. There’s no need to miss out; we’d love to find a way to welcome you.
