Sacred Sound Session for Lohri - returning to the Light – Tuesday 13 January
Come Celebrate Lohri - the Northern Indian Festival which marks the end of the winter solstice - with a Sacred Sound Session.
Offering a calm sanctuary; time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet magic of the growing light within.
This will be a full 90-minute Deep Dive into Sacred Sound from an array of gongs and other fine instruments specifically designed to bring you to a state of being in the now - and achieve a deep sense of relaxation.
A gentle time to connect and reflect around the flames.
You are invited to join and enjoy the fire circle. Traditionally sweet treats, are served and we will be providing home-made rose chocolate and teas to support lucid dream state. Roger’s famous seed bar and more …
Remember to bring an offering for the Agni (Fire). Small amounts of food are thrown into it to represent the passing of the old year and the approach of the new year. Typically; jaggery, popcorn, sesame seeds. peanuts …
Gates open 6:00 pm – please arrive early to settle in. The session starts 7:30 pm and finishes at 9:30 pm, with gates closing at 10:00 pm to allow for grounding, connection around the fire, and assimilation. Please allow plenty of time for your journey.
As this is a private venue and event, we kindly ask all participants to respect the schedule. Car sharing is encouraged.
