Gong Sound Therapy Workshop*
Experience the transformative power of the gongs in this 4-hour Gong Sound Therapy workshop.
There will be a short dive into the background of these “instruments of peace.” where we will cover the different types of gongs and both how and where they are made.
Learn movement, playing techniques and create your own immersive gong journey. Reducing stress, releasing emotional blockages, easing tension/pain, improving sleep, and accessing inner peace and clarity.
Ideal for all levels (as there are no Levels); emerge refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected to your nature.
Roger is a lifelong yoga practitioner with a deep interest in Eastern philosophy. Seventeen years ago, this path led him to sound as a therapeutic practice, which he has continually deepened with world renowned mentos. His work is grounded and authentic, honoring breath, body, and the innate intelligence of sound. His sessions are accessible to all and quietly transformative.
