A Day of Community

2-8pm

Join us for a gentle day of connection, nature, movement, rest, and community.

All are very welcome. Children are at the heart of this day andare free.

The space will be open for you to come and go as you please, joining in with whatever feels nourishing for you throughout the day.

We’ll be sharing: - Yoga - Qigong - Family Sound Immersion - Natural Swimming Pool - A foraging walk - picnic by the seawall - Time in the garden -Fire Circle - Space to simply be, rest, connect, and enjoy community

There’s no pressure, no expectations, and no need to do everything. This is a day to move slowly, breathe deeply, and spend time with good people in nature.

Please bring:- Your own lunch/snacks -Water bottle - Blankets or camping chairs- A yoga mat if you have one- Swimwear/towel if you'd like to swim - Anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors

If you feel called, you’re welcome to spend some time helping in the garden too — many hands make light work, and it’s a lovely way to connect with the land and each other.

A few gentle requests:- Please take your rubbish home with you- Car share where possible - Respect the space, the land, and one another

Booking essential, there will not be tickets on the door.
